Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 23, 2025
 

At StreamStack LLC (marketingtechhelp.com), we strive to deliver quality, high-performing work. Due to the nature of digital consulting and implementation services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been rendered, especially in cases where:

  • Work has already started or been delivered

  • Client fails to provide timely input or access

  • Results are impacted by external systems (e.g., platform changes, ad performance)

However, if you’re unsatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to contact us directly. We’ll work with you in good faith to resolve concerns through edits, support, or service credits when appropriate.

2. Prepaid Service Deposits

Deposits for project-based or retainer work are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your contract.

3. Cancelled Appointments or Projects

If you cancel a scheduled service or project with at least 72 hours’ notice, you may request a credit for future services. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture of any prepaid amounts.
